Benn beats Eubank by unanimous decision

Conor Benn was adamant before the fight that there would be no trilogy between him and Chris Eubank Jr.

Instead, Benn now wants to focus on becoming world champion in the 147lbs welterweight division.

He called out a host of names this week including Mario Barrios, Ryan Garcia, Devin Haney, Rolly Romero, And Brian Norman Jr.

Mario Barrios is the current WBC welterweight champion, and if Benn does return to 147lbs and gets back in the win column, it could be a fight we see in 2026.

  6. 'As convincing and one sided a win as you’ll ever see'published at 23:33 GMT 15 November

Benn beats Eubank by unanimous decision

    Tony Bellew
    Retired world champion on DAZN

Round seven and eight, Eubank tried to put it together but he couldn’t work out the timing and rhythm of Conor Benn. He was out-jabbed, outworked and bullied. All of the good things came good to Conor Benn. That was the difference.

He’s not done, he’s come against someone who wanted to box him. Chris Eubank is a better fighter than he is a boxer. Benn used the speed and size to his advantage.

It was clear from the start that Chris didn’t want to go back to that dark place. He might have won the battle, but he didn’t win the war. Conor Benn won the war tonight.

As convincing and one-sided a win as you’ll ever see in boxing.

Chris Eubank Jr is a brave, brave boy. The two are absolute warriors of the highest value."

Eubanks was completely absent tonight Benn was excellent but this wasn’t a fight, it was a glorified sparing session at best. A very strange circus.

Not bad for two silver spoon kids but Benn has the golden touch.
