England will play Australia for the gold medal in women's basketball at the Commonwealth Games after shocking Canada, ranked fifth in the world.
Rachael Vanderwal scored 20 points as England won 65-53 in the semi-final on the Gold Coast, despite a world ranking of 21 as Great Britain.
Canada had beaten England 80-54 in the opening Pool A match.
England are guaranteed to improve on the bronze from Melbourne in 2006 - the last time basketball was included.
"I'm really proud of all of us," said England's Stefanie Collins. "We really came together as a squad, we believed in ourselves and we wanted to get away with a medal."
They will face a tough task in Saturday's final against the host nation Australia, who defeated England 118-55 in the pool stage. They pummelled New Zealand 109-50 in the other semi-final.
