Glamorgan have named Mark Wallace and Jim Allenby as their captains for the 2014 season.
Wicketkeeper Wallace will skipper the county's Championship and 50-over sides, while Allenby regains the leadership of the Twenty20 team he skippered in 2012.
It is the third straight season Wallace has been named club captain and he is delighted to continue in the role.
"2014 is going to be an exciting season for the club," said Wallace.
Glamorgan lost in the final of the YB40 one-day competition at Lord's to Nottinghamshire last year, but finished eighth out of nine teams in Division Two of the County Championship.
Wallace, who is in his 18th season at Glamorgan, is confident the county can improve.
"We showed last year, particularly in our progress to the Lord's final, that this team has a lot of talent," said Wallace, "and that we can compete with the best in the country.
"We need to perform consistently at the same high level in all formats of the game."
Last term Glamorgan narrowly failed to qualify for the knock-out stages of the Twenty20 competition and new captain Allenby believes the county can challenge in the shorter format of the game this time around.
"It has been my aim to help Glamorgan win trophies and to have the responsibility to contribute to this as captain is very exciting," said Allenby.
"The club has invested in the squad, the facilities and we have a new management, so there is plenty to be optimistic about."
There have been a lot of changes since last season at the Swalec Stadium.
Former Middlesex and Sussex batsman Toby Radford has taken over as head coach whilst England's former managing director Hugh Morris has a dual role as Glamorgan's chief executive and director of cricket.
Morris is happy Wallace will continue as captain.
"The man is Glamorgan through and through and we are delighted that he will continue his captaincy," said Morris.
"Jim Allenby has shown his quality for several seasons at Glamorgan and he will give valuable support to Mark in the longer formats of the game."
