Glamorgan will be without all-rounder Graham Wagg for Friday's T20 Blast game away to Hampshire.
Wagg, 32, is suffering with a back injury he picked up during his side's dramatic win over Somerset last Sunday.
"There's no rehab required, it's an acute injury that just needs some time to settle, then he'll be fit again," Glamorgan physio Mark Rausa said.
The Welsh county got their T20 Blast campaign back on track with a three-run victory in Taunton.
Wayne Parnell, who starred in the win over Somerset, will also not feature against Hampshire after his spell with the county ended.
Parnell, 25, has now linked up with South Africa's T20 squad in Bangladesh.
Head coach Toby Radford has named a 12-man squad for the game against Hampshire, who are fourth in South Group.
Aneurin Donald, 18, who has captained England Under-19,is included following the completion of his A Level exams.
"I'm pleased he's back and that he has got runs for the Seconds to stake a claim. It's important he plays well to force his way in to the team," Radford said.
"He played last year in the Championship and got a half century against a good Hampshire bowling attack so I'm sure he'll see first team action again.
"Our players are fresh from a good win at Taunton last weekend and we've trained well, so we go to Southampton full of confidence."
