Jacques Rudolph says the Championship is now Glamorgan's priority.

Monday's One-Day Cup nine-wicket loss at Warwickshire saw them slip to seventh in Group B with three matches to play, and only four sides qualifying for the knock-out stages.

There could also be a points deduction for a dangerous pitch that saw the game with Hampshire abandoned.

"Our first focus is four-day cricket and it has been for a while," Glamorgan captain Rudolph told BBC Wales Sport.

"It (Thursday's Championship game against Gloucestershire) is a priority for us and we want to be at full strength."

Glamorgan had started this season's One-Day Cup campaign with a two-point deduction after a poor pitch against Durham in August 2014.

Rudolph's fellow opener Will Bragg, who top-scored with 45 at Edgbaston, has labelled the Swalec Stadium pitch "a bit of a disgrace" after the abandonment of the home match against Hants, which could see another points penalty applied.

"Polar opposites the wickets, [Sunday] was a bit of a disgrace if you ask me, this [Edgbaston] was a good wicket on a Test ground and we under-performed," Bragg said.

But Bragg refused to blame any psychological hangover from the dramatic events against Hampshire for the following day's slump.

"We've got a small squad, there's a few tired bodies and a few tired minds as well, but we're a close-knit squad and we're going to re-group for a heavy schedule now in Swansea," he added.

"Hopefully we can bounce back with wins in the one-day and the four-day format."

Glamorgan have five days in Swansea, with a One-Day Cup match against Sussex on Wednesday followed by the Championship clash against Gloucestershire.

The team selection for the Sussex game could depend on whether Glamorgan know the result of the England and Wales Cricket Board investigation, according to Rudolph.

"If we're going to get docked points, it might be a good opportunity to give some younger players an opportunity and see how they fare," he said.

Going to Swansea, it's always a nice ground... It's potentially a good opportunity to rest the likes of Michael Hogan and Craig Meschede who's bowled quite a bit."
