Scotland win by six wickets

Scotland are through to face Ireland in the semi-finals of the Women's World Twenty20 Qualifier after a six-wicket win against host nation Thailand.

Kari Anderson and Kirstie Gordon each took two wickets as Thailand were restricted to 74-7 from 20 overs.

Rachel Scholes made 32 from 43 balls as the Scots surpassed that total with 10 deliveries to spare.

Captain Abbi Aitken, winning her 100th cap, hit a four to seal the victory, ending the day on six not out.

The Wildcats finished second in Group A behind Bangladesh, while Ireland topped Group B after a seven-wicket win over Zimbabwe.

The top two teams in the qualifying tournament will go on to next year's Women's World Twenty20 in India.
