Leicestershire all-rounder Ben Mike has agreed a two-year contract extension with the county.

Mike, 22, enjoyed an impressive 2020 campaign, especially in the T20 Blast with some lower-order hitting to help the Foxes reach the quarter-finals.

He also took a joint-best nine wickets in four games in the Bob Willis Trophy.

Mike also hit his second highest first-class score, 51 against Notts in August, bettered only by his 72 while on loan with Warwickshire in 2019.

He follows opener Hassan Azad, wicketkeeper-batsman Lewis Hill and seamer Gareth Griffifths, who have also all recently extended their contracts at Grace Road.
