Durham sign fast bowler Dwarshuis for T20 Blast

Durham have signed Australian left-arm fast bowler Ben Dwarshuis for the T20 Blast.

The 29-year-old has joined the club as a replacement for Australian Test bowler Scott Boland who has been ruled out for the rest of the campaign with a foot injury.

Dwarshuis has played three international T20 matches and had a spell with Worcestershire Rapids in 2021.

“Durham has pulled together a really great squad this year and I’m sure we’ll give this competition a good crack," he told the club website.
