Scotland beat Jersey by 22 runs in their warm-up match for their European qualifying tournament for the 2026 T20 World Cup.

Nick Greenwood took figures of 4-28 as Jersey restricted Scotland to 151-7 off their 20 overs in Utrecht.

In reply, Scotland's bowlers proved to be too good for the islanders as Jersey ended on 129-9. Zak Tribe top-scored with 30, while Chris McBride took 2-17.

The two sides begin their qualifying campaign at the weekend with Jersey facing hosts the Netherlands on Saturday before Scotland open against Guernsey in The Hague.

The top two sides in the five-team round-robin tournament, which also includes Italy, will qualify for next year's tournament in India and Sri Lanka.

Scotland are aiming to make a fifth successive T20 World Cup, while Jersey are hoping to qualify for a major tournament for the first time.
