Lancashire made an operating profit of £5.3m for the year 2023, the club have said.
In addition to the profit - up from £3m in 2022 - they have also generated "record" revenues of £36.5m, a 25% increase on the previous year.
Old Trafford hosted two sell-out England men's internationals during the year - an Ashes Test as well as a Twenty20 match against New Zealand.
“It has been another incredibly busy 12 months for everyone involved with the club," chief financial officer Angela Lowes said.
"It’s been a tremendous effort from our staff to deliver everything we have done this year and I’d like to place on record my thanks for all their hard work and dedication."
The ground also hosted Sheffield indie band Arctic Monkeys over two nights with a combined attendance of more than 100,000.
The on-site hotel recorded revenues of £6.5m with the conference and events business contributing £4.1m.
In 2024, the ground is scheduled to host an England men's Test match against Sri Lanka in August and a T20 international against Australia in September.
Meanwhile, US rock bands Foo Fighters and Green Day are also due to play at the stadium during the summer.
