Northamptonshire have secured Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal for another spell this season.
The 34-year-old will be available for the County Championship and One-Day Cup from 22 June until the end of September.
He played four Championship matches last season and took 19 wickets at an average of 21.
"I thoroughly enjoyed my time last season, so I'm very happy to be coming back," Chahal told the club website, external.
"There are some great people in that dressing room and I can't wait to be part of that again."
Chahal has played 72 ODIs and 80 T20s for India and, with pitches prepared to suit, proved very dangerous for Northants last season.
He took a career-best 9-99 in a victory over Derbyshire and followed up with nine more wickets to help beat Leicestershire and push Northants up to fourth in the table.
Head coach Darren Lehmann said: "I'm really excited that one of best leg-spinners in the world is returning this season.
"He brings invaluable experience and he's an absolute gentleman who loves the game."
Chahal's signing follows Liam Guthrie, the Australian left-arm pace bowler, who signed a three-year deal as a local player last week.
