Mujeeb replaces Ghazanfar at Mumbai Indians

Afghanistan Mujeeb Ur Rahman will replace injured compatriot Allah Ghazanfar at Mumbai Indians for the 2025 Indian Premier League.
Off-spinner Ghazanfar, 18, was set to play in the IPL for the first time but has been ruled out by a back injury that has also seen him replaced in Afghanistan's Champions Trophy squad.
Mujeeb, 23, has taken 19 wickets in 19 IPL matches but last played in the tournament in 2021.
The dates for the 2025 tournament are yet to be announced but reports, external say it is due to start on 22 March.
