Northamptonshire fast bowler Raphy Weatherall has signed a new contract to stay with the county until the end of the 2027 season.
The 19-year-old has featured in all three formats this season, taking 11 wickets in nine T20 games for the Steelbacks.
He said, external: "If someone had told me at the start of the year that I would have made my debut in all formats this season, I would’ve probably thought they would be lying.
"The opportunities I have been given have been fantastic and I’ve been happy with my contributions so far.”
Coach John Sadler said Weatherall was a cricketer of "very high potential" and had a "superb attitude".
"He has already gained valuable experience in different formats this season and has performed really well and has executed his skills well in some high-pressure situations," Sadler said.
Northants play Lancashire in the One Day Cup on Sunday, having won one of their six group games so far.
