Chasing 119, Moeen came to the crease at 82-4 but powered his team over the line with 12 balls to spare. Derbyshire's Aneurin Donald had earlier hit 31 off 12 at the top of the order.
Warriors, who have lost two of their three games, posted 118-7 with Johnson Charles hitting 60 not out, while Zaman Khan claimed 4-19.
Friday's opening game saw Quetta Qavalry, a new side for 2025, edge to a thrilling one-run victory against Deccan Gladiators.
Qavalry, who have a 100% record, posted 112-3 with Khawaja Nafay making 39 not out and Liam Livingstone an unbeaten 20.
Gladiators slipped to 69-4 in reply and fell just short despite Marcus Stoinis' unbeaten 39 off 19 balls.
The day's final game saw UAE Bulls hold on to beat Royal Champs by four runs.
Bulls made 124-6 with England opener Phil Salt making 37 off 15 balls and Kieron Pollard 33 off 13 balls.
Champs fell to 64-5 after seven overs but were put back into the game by Aaron Jones (37* off 14) and Chris Jordan (33* off 11).
They needed 28 off the final over and, despite two fours and two sixes, fell just short to suffer a third successive defeat.
