Oval Invincibles have signed Australia spinner Adam Zampa for The Hundred final on Sunday.

The 33-year-old replaces Rashid Khan, who has left the franchise for international duty with Afghanistan.

Zampa played for Invincibles in their title-winning seasons in 2023 and 2024 and now joins them as they look to win three successive finals.

He has taken 322 wickets in 217 white-ball appearances for Australia, appearing most recently in the one-day international series against South Africa that concluded on Sunday.

The leg-spinner also played four matches for Surrey in this summer's T20 Blast group stage.

Invincibles will play the winner of Saturday's Eliminator match between Trent Rockets and Northern Superchargers in the final at Lord's on Sunday (18:00 BST).

England's T20 World Cup-winning opener Alex Hales made an unbeaten 55 to guide Trinbago Knight Riders to an eight-wicket victory over Antigua & Barbuda Falcons in the Caribbean Premier League.

Hales hit six fours in his 46-ball knock and shared 87 for the second wicket with Keacy Carty (60 off 45) and 38 with Nicholas Pooran (23* off 11) as Knight Riders chased 147 with eight balls to spare.

Hales is third on the all-time run-scorers list with 13,931 - leaving him 631 behind the retired Chris Gayle, who has a record 14,562. Kieron Pollard, who is still active, is second on the list with 13,981.

The record is in both their grasps though, with Hales having another six guaranteed CPL matches and a contract for December's International League T20 in the United Arab Emirates.

Earlier, Falcons were restricted to 146-7, after being reduced to 0-2 by Mohammad Amir in the first over.

Amir now has 171 T20 wickets in the powerplay, just 18 behind David Willey, who has a record 189 dismissals.

The result lifts Knight Riders to second with three wins in four games, while Falcons remain top but they have played seven matches.

One ball from Oshane Thomas cost 22 runs but Saint Lucia Kings beat Guyana Amazon Warriors by four wickets in the Caribbean Premier League.

Warriors were struggling at 95-5 when Thomas, who had figures of 1-18 from two overs, came on to bowl the 15th over.

He started with a dot ball and a four, before he needed five attempts to bowl a legal third delivery, costing his team 22 runs in the process.

He started with a no-ball and wide before a no-ball was clubbed over mid-wicket for six by Romario Shepherd. Another overstep was then hit over square-leg for six more.

Thomas eventually bowled a legal delivery, but Shepherd also hit that over square-leg for a 95m six, meaning one ball cost 22 runs.

A dot ball and single followed before Iftikhar Ahmed hit a six from the final ball to mean 33 had been taken from the over.

The 17th over from Keon Gaston also consisted of 12 balls after six wides and cost 27 runs as Warriors got up to 202-6, with Shepherd unbeaten on 73 from 34 balls.

In reply, Tim Seifert (37 off 24) and Ackeem Auguste (73 off 35) shared 87 for the second wicket to lay a platform at 105-2 when the former was caught off Imran Tahir.

Warriors chipped away but Kings were always ahead of the rate and a quickfire 25 from Tim David ensured that stayed the case.

The Australian was dismissed with 24 required but Kings got over the line with 11 balls to spare.

The win lifts Kings to second in the table, while Warriors sit third.
