    On getting runs: "Knotty [Charli Knott] and the lower order did fantastic to get to a good total. We controlled lines and then we knew we were in with a shout."

    On her own performance: "I know what I do well and then it's just about how you use that on this pitch. As long as we kept them in the game, we didn't want to go too full."

    On the group: "It is such a good feeling in this group. I have loved all of these games and long may it continue."

    London Spirit all-rounder Grace Harris speaking to BBC Sport about bowling the final set: "The last over could have gone either way, to either me or Wongy [Issy Wong]. Once you take the pressure out of the result, you just step back and bowl."

    On how she felt in the last set: "I was not confident as I had not bowled yet. The deeper pockets give you confidence however and then I just thought about staying close to the stumps too."

    On bowling: "I am a good net bowler! Charlie Dean is solid in her plans but if there is a switch-up in the game I am happy to step up."

    On confidence: "You get a bit of momentum. That is a highway robbery but good for us!"
