  1. SA 42-1published at 9 overs

A second maiden of the day for Megan Schutt.

Captain Alyssa Healy, not playing today due to injury, is standing on the sidelines holding a water bottle and four or five pairs of sunglasses.

  2. SA 42-1published at 8 overs

Tazmin Brits picks up her first boundary, the ball just beating Alana King to the rope. Six runs from the over.

The commentators keep talking about rain around the ground. Please... no.

  3. SA 36-1published at 7 overs

Sune Luus plays the ball behind wicketkeeper Beth Mooney and picks up four. She's already overtaken Tazmin Brits, who still has 1 (14).

A disappointing end for Laura Wolvaardt. A soft dismissal.

She has just caught the outside edge but a good catch from Alana King - it is not always easy to judge those deliveries.

    Well, that was unexpected!

Laura Wolvaardt is in majestic touch. She deftly dabs a wide delivery passed the diving point fielder for her first four of the over. Her second is flashed in the air in the same direction.

The South Africa skipper is cruising. Australia will want to get rid of her as soon as possible but she's yet to give them a sniff.

A much better line from Megan Schutt. It is hard to see if it is a good wicket but Laura Wolvaardt is making it look like the M25!

Good recovery from Megan Schutt after being smacked for 16 runs by Laura Wolvaardt in her previous over.

This outfield looks quick and the boundaries are flowing here for South Africa.

  15. SA 22-0published at 3 overs

Well, Laura Wolvaardt has picked up exactly where she left off against Pakistan.

Four boundaries in the over against Megan Schutt, who is yet to find her line. Three of the shots are exquisitely timed into the off-side, the other is a streaky edge.

Wolvaardt's timing and awareness of where fielders are is exemplary. She's up to 21 (15).

Kim Garth had an excellent start to the tournament. She is instrumental with the bat as well but has been slightly sloppy in the last few games.

She needs to be on the money today.

Australia, South Africa, England and India have qualified for the knockout stages but who will play who?

India are guaranteed to finish fourth and will play the first-placed side. England, meanwhile, can't finish higher than second.

So it all comes down to Australia, currently in first place with 11 points, and South Africa (second, 10 points).

The winner of this match will face India in the second semi-final in Navi Mumbai on Thursday. The loser will face England in the first semi-final in Guwahati on Wednesday.

Anything other than a South Africa win will guarantee top spot for defending champions Australia.
