There's such a lack of pace on these final 10 overs. Nat Sciver-Brunt is trying to smack everything and is getting a bit frustrated.

  2. Eng 300-2published at 42.2 overs

It's agricultural from Nat Sciver-Brunt as she steps across and heaves to leg but mighty effective. The fours are so regular that they no longer seem noteworthy but this one brings up England's 300.

Emma Lamb has never done anything wrong. When she has an opportunity, she takes it.

She could play higher up but this England side is very competitive.

And now Emma Lamb moves to a 41-ball fifty. It's her first half-century since her recall at the start of the summer.

The right-hander began the year in fine form domestically and is now showing it on the big stage.

  5. Eng 294-2published at 41.4 overs

Emma Lamb has moved up into cruising mode. Twice she picks the same gap in the off side with flashing strokes.

She is very confidently talking her skipper through it between deliveries too.

I think that England have definitely taken care of all the bad balls but I think it's because they've been able to play relaxed. When you play relaxed you can play freely and do what you do well. They haven't had to face any challenge today.

If the West Indies had a full squad, it would've been a different story and I do wonder what that would've looked like.

You're testing us, Angus, but we're trying.

A good slower ball from Jahzara Claxton brings about a rare false shot.

Ah. After closer inspection of that previous delivery, Zaida James fielded the ball with her foot touching the boundary sponge.

    Four runs.

10 overs to go. Remember England's record ODI total is the 378-5 they scored against Pakistan in 2016.

    Seamer Jahzara Claxton is back.

Tammy Beaumont's was also her second in as many innings. Her and Amy Jones must wish they could bat against this West Indies attack every day.

We find ourselves with a catch in the deep, it's been a rare sight. The West Indies have been struggling but catches like that they have to take.

It is good to see them holding on.

Tammy Beaumont's fun is over for another day. She has smashed the ball to deep mid-wicket where, to her credit, Shabika Gajnabi takes a good running catch.

Beaumont doesn't look too bothered. She knows she has done her job.

    Spinner Ramharack has her second.

What makes Tammy Beaumont a great player is that she never backs down, she's so resilient.

A pair of fours for Emma Lamb in the space of three balls, sending Fletcher through deep third.

Beaumont then smashes the ball back at the spinner, but you'd be harsh to call it a chance.

In all 50-over cricket played in 2025, Beaumont has scored 593 runs in 12 innings for an average of 65.88 with four 100+ scores - in no calendar year has she ever averaged more or hit more centuries.

And Beaumont crashes the next ball for four too.

This could be where the fun could really starts.
