That was just a build up of pressure. It doesn't always have to be a magic delivery but continuous good deliveries can lead to that.

That was a regulation catch really for Realeanna Grimmond but her position was all over the place. Maybe it's a bit of nerves on her debut.

Oh dear, Jahzara Claxton experiences a double-dose of bad luck.

First she sees Tammy Beaumont inside-edge a forward defensive, with the ball skewing past the stumps on the way to four at fine leg.

Then Jones fails to get on top of a rising delivery and lift the ball into the covers, where it's put down by debutant Realeanna Grimmond diving forward.

Lovely shot form Amy Jones, just slightly back of the length from Cherry-Ann Fraser. The West Indies have been poor, it's going both sides of the wicket at the moment.

Beautiful shot, that drive from Amy Jones was Sachin Tendulkar-esque.

Amy Jones takes her four count to eight, timing Fraser well through long-on then cracking her through mid-wicket with a pull.

A reminder that while this pair put on 222 at Derby, they didn't start especially speedily, scoring 45 from the 10-over powerplay.

England’s highest Powerplay total in an ODI is 84-1, against Australia in Bristol in 2023. That total will be well in their sights today against this bowling attack.

Fifty up for England as Jahzara Claxton starts her over with a rank full toss down the leg side, to which Jones only needs to add a touch to send it to the boundary.

The rest of the over is better, with just one more single coming from the final ball.

More fours for Amy Jones, easing Fraser through the covers and then top-edging a cut to an extremely wide delivery.

The runs are flowing for England.

Good start from England, good run-rate. This is what we wanted them to do in the first game but the West Indies bowling was better in the previous game. Today the ball has been all over the place.

    Half-volley, half-tracker, same result.

19-year-old seamer Jahzara Claxton, who made her ODI debut on Friday, comes into the attack in place of Zaida James and Beaumont hits her for consecutive boundaries - through the covers and muscled through backward square.

That was a much better over for the West Indies. Fraser was putting the ball in the right place and managed to keep Jones quiet.

A tighter over for Fraser, book-ended by a wide and an Amy Jones single through point.

It's not looking good from a West Indian perspective so far.

It's a very promising start for England though.

We've got to think about today with an open mind. England could get a mammoth total.

Amy Jones adds to her four count, clipping Zaida James through mid-wicket.

A reminder that this pair made an opening stand of 222 at Derby on Friday, with Beaumont making 107 and Jones 122.

Jones hit 15 fours that day, to Beaumont's eight, but Beaumont won on sixes - four to one.

I'm just going to put it out there quite early that England's record ODI total is the 378-5 they scored against Pakistan in 2016...

'What a shot that is' - Beaumount hits Fraser for two fours in the over

Seamer Cherry-Ann Fraser takes the ball at the other end.

Her second ball is a half volley and Tammy Beaumont doesn't need asking twice, driving along the ground through the covers for four, although it should perhaps have been cut off by a scrambling fielder out there.

Three balls later and a similar delivery gets the same treatment.

Joy for Amy Jones in a gap at fine leg.

Zaida James sends down a delivery drifting way down the leg side and Jones helps it on its way for a first four, then adds another boundary from the final ball of the over, turning it off her legs.

This is not a good start, very poor opening ball. You want to set the tone when you start, not this.
