Manchester Originals wicketkeeper Jos Buttler: "It was a crucial win. We have obviously let some games slip, so we had to win today to get some momentum and get back into the tournament. It was a really good performance.

"We have played on this surface a couple times before so we knew it would be hard work. We tried to stay patient and not get too frustrated if we couldn't get our timing quite right. We built some great partnerships though and having guys set on the wicket was crucial.

"Rachin Ravindra and Heinrich Klaasen played extremely well. They are both high-class players that are great to have in the side, that's the mark of a performance we need to put in as a team. When we put together a performance like that, with the bat and the ball, we look a great team.

"It was brilliant to see people enjoying a rare sunny day in Manchester!"

A much need win for Manchester Originals. For the men's and women's team. A job well done. They created partnerships well. Jos Buttler set the tone. A good finish from Heinrich Klaasen. Everyone's had a great day.

A team effort. Always good to get the bowling unit firing, and they've done that today. The Originals bowlers set the tone in that powerplay.
