'I'm ready for the big challenge' - Edwards becomes England head coach
New England head coach Charlotte Edwards tells BBC Sport that she is now "ready" for the role and the "big challenge".
The 45-year-old, England's all-time leading run-scorer, replaces Jon Lewis, who was sacked in March after the 16-0 Ashes hammering in Australia.
