Guernsey cyclists add nine medals to Island Games total

Guernsey's cyclists have added nine medals to the island's Island Games haul as they excelled in both the time trial and road race disciplines.
The women's team claimed gold in the team time trial, while Karina Bowie took silver in the individual event.
James McLaughlin then won silver in both the road race and time trial, where the men also took silver in the team award.
The Sarnian men also won silver in the team town centre criterium.
Meanwhile, Ann Bowditch took bronze in the women's individual road race, while there was another bronze for the women's team in the road race.
