Paris-Nice: Team Sky's Ben Swift pipped by Arnaud Demare

Britain's Ben Swift was beaten into second by home rider Arnaud Demare as the first full stage of Paris-Nice ended with a sprint finish on Monday.
The Team Sky rider took the lead with 100m to go in the 198km stage from Conde-sur-Vesgre to Vendome, but Arnaud (FDJ) timed his surge perfectly.
Australian Michael Matthews (Orica-GreenEdge) retains the race lead.
Pre-race favourites Richie Porte and Geraint Thomas remain 12 and eight seconds behind respectively.
Tuesday's second stage will favour the sprinters, covering 213.5km from Contres to Commentry in central France.
