Team Wales have announced the final five para-athletes to compete at the 2018 Commonwealth Games on 4-15 April.

Swimmers Jack Thomas and Alex Rosser will contest the men's S14 200m freestyle on Australia's Gold Coast.

Powerlifters Nathan Stephens, Sean Gaffney and Nerys Pearce complete the Team Wales para-sport line-up.

"Disability Sport Wales are delighted to see the inclusion of these para-swimmers and powerlifters," Disability Sport Wales CEO Fiona Reid said.

"The Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games will showcase the highest number of para-sport events ever at a Commonwealth Games, and I'm absolutely thrilled to see such a strong team selected to represent Team Wales," she continued.

"With a mix of world champions and Paralympic champions as well as newly identified athletes, it shows the strength in the para-athlete development we have here in Wales."
