Will Bayley spoke to Channel 4 after his semi-final win earlier today: "I was just speaking to my coach there and I was just saying 'the way I can win this [is] if I stay as calm as I can and just like focus and stick to the tactics all the way through, no matter what happens' and I had a game plan, like, I've been thinking about for two years and I delivered it here."

On preparations: "I feel really good. I have trained really hard. Anyone that knows me knows I'm quite an obsessive character and I've worked out everyone and I think I've got a plan for everyone and I've trained so hard for this and I feel ready, it's my destiny, I give it everything, I feel like I'm made for this sort of occasion and I think if you feel like you're made for this sort of occasion you can deliver."

On playing Chinese player Yan Shuo in the final: "I want to beat him, I lost to him in the last final, he's probably the second best player in the world."

Sometimes a silver medal can still feel like a victory.

That's exactly how Rob Davies felt, despite losing his singles final in the Para-table tennis earlier this afternoon.

After winning the event at Rio 2016, he spent three years out the sport injured and missed the last Games in Tokyo.

He's beaten some big names this week and gets a well-earned silver medal.

His wife Megan and twin brother Richard were some of the loudest voices in the arena earlier.
