Doncaster Rovers have extended the loan spell of Leicester midfielder Franck Moussa until the end of the season.

The 21-year-old, who has scored twice in 12 appearances since arriving at Rovers in March, was scheduled to leave the Keepmoat on 16 April.

However Moussa will now remain with Sean O'Driscoll's side until 7 May.

Moussa told the club website: "It's a chance to get more games and they are going to be very important. I'm excited to be part of the challenge."

He added: "The league table isn't ideal at the moment so it has been something of a learning curve for me.

"There are four games remaining this season and this is a good opportunity for me to remain at the club."

Doncaster, who lie 20th in the Championship, next face relegation-threatened Crystal Palace on Saturday.
