Wycombe Wanderers sign Crewe Alexandra forward Grant

Wycombe have signed forward Joel Grant on a two-year deal following his release from Crewe Alexandra.

The 23-year-old, who can operate as a striker or winger, played under boss Gary Waddock during his time as manager of Aldershot.

Grant told the club website: "I had a few options but I feel Wycombe are the right club for me."

Waddock added: "I like his style of play and I'm looking forward to watching him next season."

The former Jamaica Under-20 international left the Shots in 2008 to join Crewe, where he made 106 appearances, scoring 18 goals.
