Leyton Orient have signed defender Scott Cuthbert from Swindon Town on a two-year deal, subject to a medical.
The 23-year-old, who had loan spells at Livingston and St Mirren, is out of contract at the Robins following their relegation to League Two.
Cuthbert told the club website: "As soon as I heard about the interest in me I was keen to come down here and get things sorted."
"It's a great club that wants to move forward and I want to be part of that."
The centre-back, who can also play at right-back, had earlier stated his desire to remain at the County Ground, external.
Cuthbert began his career at Celtic but failed to make a first-team appearance for the Scottish side before moving to Swindon in 2009.
