Stockport have signed striker Martin Gritton on a one-year deal.
The 33-year-old is new County manager Ray Mathias' first signing since taking over at the Blue Square Bet Premier club.
Gritton was released by League One side Yeovil, external earlier this month after making just two appearances following his move from Chester in March.
He has previously played under Mathias during a two-year spell at Macclesfield from 2007.
Glasgow-born Gritton has had spells with numerous Football League clubs, most notably scoring 25 goals in his first spell at Torquay from 2002 to 2004.
