Midfielder Joe Oastler joins Torquay on a two-year deal

Midfielder Joe Oastler has signed a permanent two-year deal with Torquay United.
The 20-year-old, who was released by Queens Park Rangers, external at the start of June, spent most of last season on loan with the Gulls, making 23 appearances.
Gulls boss Martin Ling said: "Joe did a good job for the club last season and his versatility comes into play.
"He can play at right-back and many from QPR would say that is his best position."
Ling continued: "He can also play at centre-midfield and centre-back if neeeded, so his versatility and his performances last year haver earned him a two-year contract.
"He is now a fully fledged Torquay United player and will be looking to kick-on in his career."
