Derby County have completed the signing of Burton Albion goalkeeper Adam Legzdins on a three-year deal.
The 24-year-old, who had a year left on his contract with the Brewers, has joined the Rams for an undisclosed fee.
He will provide back-up for England under-21 international Frank Fielding who signed from Blackburn in May, external.
Boss Nigel Clough told the club website: "We highlighted the importance of having a good number two and we feel Adam fits the bill."
He added: "Adam is at a good age and we feel he is a goalkeeper who will improve all the time and challenge Frank for his place."
Legzdins joined Burton from Crewe last summer and went on to keep 11 clean sheats in 46 league appearances.
