Burton Albion have signed striker Billy Kee from League Two rivals Torquay United for an undisclosed fee.
The Northern Ireland Under-21 international has signed a two-year deal with the Brewers.
Kee, 20, made 46 appearances for Torquay last season, netting 10 times, but the Leicester-born man spoke to manager Martin Ling about missing home.
"He came to me last week and said that he was massively homesick," Ling told the club website, external.
"It's disappointing to lose Billy but it is no good keeping somebody against their will."
His new boss, Paul Peschisolido, told the Burton website, external: "He offers something different to what we have already which is important and I'm sure we can expect plenty of goals from him this season."
