Bradford City have signed defender Andrew Davies on a three-month loan deal from Stoke City.

Davies, 26, started his career at Middlesbrough and has spent time on-loan at Preston, Sheffield United, Walsall and Crystal Palace.

"I'm naturally delighted to bring Andrew to the football club," Bantams boss Phil Parkinson told the club website.

"He has great pedigree and I think we have a very good player on our hands."
