Accrington Stanley have signed forward Micah Evans on a month's loan from Blackburn Rovers.

The 18-year-old is yet to make his senior debut in league football and will replace James Spray in the Stanley squad following his return to Wolves.

Evans will go straight into manager John Coleman's squad to face Bristol Rovers on Saturday at the Crown Ground.

He made his first appearance for Rovers' senior squad in a pre-season friendly against Accrington in July.

Meanwhile, midfielder Bryan Hughes could also make his debut against Bristol Rovers after receiving international clearance following his arrival at Stanley last week.
