Stuckmann also had a trial with Swansea in pre-season
Preston North End have signed German goalkeeper Thorsten Stuckmann on a one-month contract.
The 30-year-old, who could feature in Tuesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy clash with Rochdale, had a trial with the Lilywhites during pre-season.
He will provide cover after first-choice Iain Turner broke his foot in training earlier this month.
Stuckmann made 82 appearances for Alemannia Aachen from 2007 to 2011 and has been training with Werder Bremen.
