Jersey made it three successive Under-21 Muratti wins by beating Guernsey 2-0 at The Track.
St Ouen forward Charlie Petulla opened the scoring for the visitors two minutes before the break.
Harrison Jukes then netted in the second period to ensure Jersey retained the Ambassadeur Bowl.
The result means both Channel Islands sides have now won 12 games each in the Under-21 series.
Jersey Manager Jon Welsh said: "We've worked hard this week and I thought we controlled the game today for long periods.
"We knew if we put a performance together like we know we can then we had every chance of winning.
"It was a hard game but we were always confident in our own ability."
