Tamworth 1-0 Hinckley Utd

Kieron St Aimie scored a 90th-minute winner as Tamworth beat Hinckley in their FA Cup first round replay.

The hosts dominated the first half with Daniel Bradley and St Aimie both being denied by Knitters keeper Denham Hinds and Richard Tait hitting the post.

Hinckley, one division below their Blue Square Bet Premier hosts, had their big chance when Andre Gray fired straight at Jonathan Hedge when clean though.

And St Aimie won it, poking home after Iyseden Christie's header was saved.

Thie reward is a trip to league rivals Gateshead in round two on 3 December.

Thomas proud of Hinckley despite late defeat

Hinckley manager Dean Thomas told BBC Radio Leicester:

"Everything they threw at us, we dealt with. We headed it, we kicked it and they were never a massive threat to us throughout the game even though they had the lion's share of possession.

"We stretched them. They haven't passed us to death. They haven't beaten us up or created thousands of chances.

"Our players can be very proud at what we've seen tonight and a couple of Saturdays ago as well in the first game."
