Dagenham & Redbridge sign Montano and Spillane

Montano has notched five goals in 16 games this season

Dagenham & Redbridge have signed striker Cristian Montano and defender Michael Spillane on loan.

Montano, 19, joins the Daggers for a month from West Ham having previously had loan spells with both Notts County and Swindon Town this season.

Spillane, 22, makes the move from Brentford and has signed a deal with the League Two side until 3 January.

Both players are in line to make their debuts for the club against table-topping Southend on Saturday.
