Bruce's last appearance was Leeds's 3-0 defeat at Swansea in February
Huddersfield Town have signed Leeds United centre-back Alex Bruce on loan until 2 January.
Bruce, who has been at Birmingham, Oldham, Sheffield Wednesday, Tranmere, Ipswich and Leicester, has not played a first-team game since February.
The 27-year-old has been capped by the Republic of Ireland but is now available for Northern Ireland.
"We think he'll add something a little different," Terriers boss Lee Clark told the club website., external
