Dundee moved to within four points of Scottish First Division leaders Ross County after claiming a comfortable win against 10-man Livingston.

Ryan Conroy fired a left-footed strike into the net to give the home side the lead on 19 minutes.

Kenny Deuchar had a header saved before the break and fired over from close range in the second half as Livi threatened.

And Neil McGregor punished those misses with the hosts' second 16 minutes from the end, converting Conroy's cross.

Livi's Mark Fotheringham was then sent off for picking up a second booking and Nicholas Riley headed Dundee's third from a Stephen O'Donnell corner.
