Kidderminster Harriers have signed winger James McQuilkin on a one-month loan from local rivals Hereford United.

The 23-year-old former West Bromwich Albion academy player had a two-year spell with Czech side FC Tescoma Zlin.

The Northern Irishman returned to England in 2009 and has since made 75 appearances for the Bulls, scoring five times for the League Two club.

He has appeared eight times for the Bulls this season but last featured against Yeovil on 12 November 2011.

Harriers have confirmed that he is eligible to play in the FA Trophy tie at home to Droylsden on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Harriers have also awarded non-contract terms to two of their academy players.

Teenagers Paul Hurrell and Ashley Checketts have both been promoted to the first-team squad after impressing in the academy this season.
