Tranmere Rovers sign West Brom's Lateef Elford-Alliyu on loan

Tranmere Rovers have signed striker Lateef Elford-Alliyu on a one-month loan from West Bromwich Albion.

The 19-year-old spent the second half of the 2010-11 season with Rovers, scoring five goals in 17 appearances for the League One club.

"I'm really pleased to be able to bring Lateef back," Tranmere boss Les Parry told the club website.

"He did brilliantly for us last season and hopefully he will have a big impact again."

Elford-Alliyu will be available for Tuesday's League One clash with Rochdale.
