Aldershot Town keeper Ross Worner ruled out for season

Aldershot Town goalkeeper Ross Worner has been ruled out of the rest of the season with a back injury.

The 22-year-old, who has made 25 appearances for the League Two side this season, has been sidelined since the win over Barnet last month.

Shots boss Dean Holdsworth told the club website: "I am so disappointed for Ross. It's a big blow for the club.

"He got himself into the team and was having a good season but we will have to get him right for next season now."

He added: "We have spoken about how we are going to handle matters to get Ross back and playing."
