Huddersfield Town have recalled forward Kallum Higginbotham from his loan spell at Barnsley.
The 22-year-old joined the Terriers from Falkirk on the final day of the January transfer window.
But he was loaned to the Tykes last month and made five appearances for the Championship strugglers
Town manager Simon Grayson told the club website:, external "I am keen to see what he can do for us in the run up to the play-offs."
Huddersfield's place in the play-offs is already guaranteed and they are certain to face Milton Keynes Dons in a two-legged semi-final.
The two teams currently lie fourth and fifth in the League One table on 77 points, 10 adrift of third-placed Sheffield Wednesday but eight clear of Stevenage in sixth spot.
Results in their final two games will determine which team has home advantage in the first leg.
