Workington Reds have secured their Blue Square Bet North status after winning 1-0 at Worcester City.
Jordan Coniston scored the only goal in the second half as Worcester struggled to break down their opponents.
City's play-off hopes ended last week so they had little riding on the match.
"It was a classic game where one side desperately needed something and it was a bit of dead rubber for ourselves," Worcester manager Carl Heeley told BBC Hereford & Worcester.
"I thought it has 0-0 written all over it but we've conceded a bit of a sloppy goal."
