Nottingham Forest have appointed former Notts County manager Gary Brazil to their academy coaching staff.

Brazil has left his post with the Premier League to join Nick Marshall's team, replacing Eoin Jess who left the Reds last month.

Marshall said: "Gary will work alongside Steve Chettle with the Under-18s and will also be my assistant on the coaching side of things as well.

"Gary brings great coaching experience to the club."

Brazil served Sheffield United, Preston, Newcastle and Fulham as a player, and had two spells in charge of Notts County.
