Brighton & Hove Albion: Gus Poyet frustrated in striker hunt

Brighton & Hove Albion manager Gus Poyet says he is making little progress in his search for a new striker.
The Seagulls are yet to score in their opening three games of the new season, while Will Hoskins is out injured.
He told BBC Sussex: "We tried and had a very small chance of getting one or two but they are gone. Finished.
"If you want quality it's too expensive. If you want anyone you can get it. We don't want anyone. That is the only issue."
He added: "There is a range of possibilities but we want a football player, not a body."
Having strengthened his defence with the additions of goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak and defenders Bruno and Wayne Bridge, Poyet had identified bringing a new striker to the Amex Stadium as the next step.
But the Uruguayan says widening his search to the rest of Europe will not solve the issue.
"The problem is the price," Poyet continued.
"When you bring a player from abroad you need to think about if he is going to adapt to the style of football and cope with life in England.
"The risk is bigger and on top of that, if it's expensive there is an issue.
"We've got a certain amount of money to spend in the budget. Especially for a striker, it's not easy."
