Crusaders have snapped up Northern Ireland U21 defender Joshua Robinson after he was released by Rangers.

The 19-year-old, who was in the U21 squad for the friendly against Hungary last week, is a nephew of former Linfield goalkeeper George Dunlop.

Robinson attracted interest from English clubs but decided to gain experience in the Irish League.

He is expected to make his debut in Monday night's League Cup game against Glebe Rangers at Seaview.
