Leyton Orient sign ex-QPR midfielder Martin Rowlands

Leyton Orient have completed the signing of former QPR midfielder Martin Rowlands on a short-term deal.

The 33-year-old, who was a free agent after leaving Colchester United earlier this summer, has signed a one-month deal at Brisbane Road.

Rowlands has been training with the O's in recent weeks and featured for the League One side in pre-season.

He left Loftus Road in January after 37 goals in 217 appearances over nine season with the R's.
