Northampton Town sign Danny East from Hull City on loan

Northampton Town have signed Hull City's Danny East on a month's loan.

East, 20, who can play at right-back or in midfield, came up through Hull's youth ranks and has made two appearances for the Tigers.

Cobblers boss Aidy Boothroyd said: "We have a busy period ahead, Danny will be a good addition for us.

"He is athletic and tough. He gets stuck in and has a real hunger to do well and that is the sort of character we are delighted to bring to the club."
